摘要
简述了纤维增强聚合物(FRP)材料在桥梁工程中应用现状的基础上,提出了树脂辅助螺栓连接结构,设计了静态和疲劳性能试验的工装结构,以Ren Gel-SW404树脂和Sikadur-30树脂为代表材料,对螺栓连接进行了定载荷加载失效试验、定载荷与循环加载-卸载失效试验和定载荷-静态加载失效试验,分析了不同连接结构对螺栓连接的静态强度和疲劳性能的影响,对两种树脂材料在树脂辅助螺栓连接中的性能进行了比较。
Based on the application of FRP material in bridge engineering, the structure of resin assisted bolt connection was proposed, tooling structure of the test for the static and fatigue performance was designed. With RenGel-SW404 resin and Sikadur-30 resin as the representative materials, the effects of different connection structures on the static strength and fatigue properties of the bolted influence of different connection structures on the static strength and fatigue prope analyzed, the performance of the two resin materials in resin assisted bolt connec joints were analyzed; the rties of the bolted joints was tion was compared.
