摘要
以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为硅源,利用化学浴沉积法在羰基铁粉(CIP)表面包覆二氧化硅(SiO_2)获得SiO_2@CIP核壳结构复合吸波剂,采用多种技术手段表征了复合吸波剂的组成、形貌和结构;通过矢量网络分析仪测试样品的电磁性能。结果显示:APTES为硅源的包覆技术可制备SiO_2@CIP复合吸波剂,SiO_2包覆层的厚度约为10nm;用Agilent/HP-8720ET矢量网络分析仪对样品进行吸波性能分析,当吸波剂的涂覆层厚度为d=1.9mm时,在6.4GHz至11.4GHz波段范围的反射吸收率小于-10dB,最低反射吸收率达到-58.6dB。
Composite material with SiO2@CIPcore-shell structure was prepared by covering the surface of carbonyl iron powder(CIP) with SiO2 by chemical bath deposition with(3-Aminopropyl)-triethoxysilane(APTES) as the silicon source. The composition, morphology, and structure of the prepared materials were characterized, and their electro-magnetic property was analyzed by vector network. The result shows that the SiO2@CIP compound microwave-absorbing agent can be prepared by the covering technology with APTES as single silicon source. The thickness of the SiO2 coating layer is about 10 nm. The vector network analysis of the microwave absorption property of the sample with 1.9 mm thick SiO2 coating layer reveals that the reflection absorption rate is less than-10 dB in band range from 6.4 GHz to 11.4 GHz, and the lowest reflection absorption rate is-58.6 dB.
