Nitrogen Doped Graphene/Polypyrrole Composites and Their Capacitive Performance

摘要 本文采用水热法制备氮掺杂石墨烯(NG),并通过原位聚合法合成不同质量比的氮掺杂石墨烯/聚吡咯复合材料(NG/PPy)。采用多种技术手段对其结构、形貌表征结果表明,PPy均匀的生长在NG表面。在两电极系统中,通过恒电流充放电和循环伏安测试,表明质量比为1∶20的NG/PPy-2复合材料的电容性能最佳,在0.1A/g的电流密度下,其比电容达到421F/g。在5.0A/g的电流密度下充放电循环1000次以后,NG/PPy-2复合材料的比电容可维持92.4%。 Nitrogen doped graphene(NG) was prepared by a hydrothermal method, and then composites of the nitrogen doped graphene with different mass ratio of polypyrrole(NG/PPy) were synthesized by in situ polymerization. The structure and morphology of these composites were characterized and the result shows that the composite is consisted of NG uniformly covered with PPy. In two-electrode system, galvanostatic charge-discharge and cyclic voltammetry tests were tested in 0.5 M Na_2SO_4 electrolyte. It is found that the NG/PPy with a mass ratio of 1∶20 has a best capacitance performance. The specific capacitance of NG/PPy-2 is 421 F/g at a current density of 0.1 A/g. After 1000 cycles, 92.4% of capacitance retention can be detected at a current density of 5.0 A/g, indicating the composite of NG/PPy-2 has an excellent cyclic stability.
