用于压力传感的无铅压电厚膜研究进展

摘要 本文以无铅压电材料为综述对象,以压电理论、压电基本参数为切入点,综述了利用典型制备工艺合成无铅压电厚膜材料的最新进展,综述了BaTiO_3(BT)类、NaN_bO_3(NN)类、Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)(BIT)类、Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3(NBT)类和准同型相界类(MPB)类等五种主要的无铅压电厚膜材料近十年的研究进展,总结了压电厚膜材料的各种器件应用。 Starting from piezoelectric theory and parameters, this review is focused on lead free piezoelectric materials including the development of synthesis techonologies fir the lead free piezoelectric thick film. Introduced are also the research progresses of BaTiO_3(BT)-type、NaN_bO_3(NN)-type、Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)(BIT)-type、 and Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3 )(NBT)-type, as well as and morphotropic phase boundary(MPB)-type of piezoelectric thick films. Applications of these piezoelectric thick films in various devices are finally summerized.
