阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的疗效

Clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in treatment of cerebral infarction

目的观察阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 128例脑梗死患者按照治疗方式均分为两组。联合组口服阿司匹林0.1g和氯吡格雷75mg,每天1次,治疗8周;对照组单用阿司匹林0.1g,每天1次,治疗8周。采用Barthel指数评定量表及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价治疗前后神经功能缺损情况和日常生活能力,记录相关不良反应。结果联合组总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的70.31%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Barthel和NIHSS评分均较治疗前改善,联合组较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相仿(P>0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的临床效果较单用阿司匹林好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 128 cases with cerebral infarction was equally divided into two groups.The patients in group A were treated with oral aspirin 0.1 g and clopidogrel75 mg daily for 8 weeks and those in group C were treated with oral aspirin 0.1 g alone.The neurological impairment and ability of daily living were assessed by Barthel index rating scale and national institute of health stroke scale（NIHSS）,respectively.The relevant adverse responses were recorded.Results The overall effectiveness rate was higher in group A than that in group C（93.75%vs.70.31%）（P〈0.05）.The scores of Barthel and NIHSS were improved after treatment than those before in both groups,which were more obvious in group A than those in group C（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse responses in two groups were similar（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel has better efficacy in treating cerebral infarction than aspirin alone.
