神经电生理监测下行听神经瘤切除术17例分析 被引量:1

An analysis of 17 cases underwent resection of acoustic neuroma under electrophysiological monitoring

摘要 目的探讨听神经瘤切除术中神经电生理监测对面神经保护的临床意义。方法回顾性分析在神经电生理监测下行听神经瘤切除术17例患者的临床资料。结果肿瘤全切除16例,次全切除1例;术中面神经解剖保留16例。出院时面神经功能House-Brackmann(H-B)分级:Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级13例,Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级4例。出院3个月后面神经功能H-B分级:Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级14例,Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级3例。结论术中神经电生理监测对听神经瘤切除术面神经保护有重要的临床意义。 Objective To explore clinical significance of electrophysiological monitoring in the protection of facial nerve during the resection of acoustic neuroma.Methods The data of 17 patients with acoustic neuroma underwent surgery under electrophysiological monitoring were retrospectively analyzed.Results Total resection of tumors was achieved in 16 patients and subtotal resection was performed in one case.The facial nerve was preserved well in 16 cases.Facial nerve function was evaluated by House-Brackmann(H-B)grading,which showed that 13 cases were graded as H-B ⅠandⅡ and 4 cases asⅢ and Ⅳ at the time of discharge from hospital,and 14 cases were graded as H-BⅠand Ⅱ and 3 cases as Ⅲ and Ⅳ three months after operation.Conclusion Intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring is very significant in the preservation of facial nerve during microsurgery for acoustic neuroma.
