地氟烷在儿童扁桃体低温等离子消融术麻醉中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察地氟烷用于儿童扁桃体低温等离子消融术麻醉维持的效果。方法 46例行扁桃体低温等离子消融术的患儿随机均分为两组,分别给予吸入地氟烷(地氟烷组)和七氟烷(七氟烷组)维持麻醉,比较两组患儿术中血压波动情况、术后拔管时间、自主睁眼时间、吞咽功能恢复时间以及麻醉后不良反应发生情况。结果与七氟烷组相比,地氟烷组术中血压控制更理想(P<0.01),术后拔管时间、吞咽功能恢复时间和自主睁眼时间短(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低(P<0.05)。结论与吸入七氟烷比较,儿童扁桃体低温等离子消融术吸入地氟烷维持麻醉更能有效维持血压平稳,不良反应发生率低。 Objective To observe the outcomes of anesthesia maintenance with desflurane for children undergoing low temperature plasma ablation of tonsil.Methods Forty-six children undergoing low temperature plasma ablation of tonsil were equally randomized into two groups.Anesthesia was maintained with desflurane inhalation in group A and with sevoflurane inhalation in group B.The intraoperative fluctuation of blood pressure,extubation time,spontaneous eye opening time,swallowing function recovery time and incidence of adverse responses after anesthesia were compared between two groups.Results Compared with group B,group A had more stable blood pressure during operation(P〈0.01),shorter times for extubation,spontaneous eye opening and swallowing function recovery(P〈0.05),and lower incidence of adverse responses(P〈0.05).Conclusion Compared to sevoflurane inhalation for anesthesia maintenance in children undergoing low temperature plasma ablation of tonsil,desflurane inhalation may more effectively keep the blood pressure stable and reduce the incidence of adverse responses.
