丙纶无纺织物的石墨烯表面功能化整理 被引量:5

摘要 为了提高丙纶无纺织物的多功能性,试验首先采用丙烯酸对丙纶无纺织物进行表面接枝改性反应,然后采用氧化石墨烯对改性丙纶无纺织物进行后整理,并经还原使石墨烯负载于丙纶无纺织物表面。试验考察了优化工艺处理织物的表面电阻、抗菌性能和电磁屏蔽等功能性。结果表明,丙烯酸表面接枝改性反应后,丙纶无纺织物更易于氧化石墨烯负载,且其接枝率的提高能够显著促进氧化石墨烯的负载作用。经石墨烯整理的丙纶无纺织物表现出优良的导电性、抗菌性能和电磁屏蔽等功能,且接枝率的增加会提高被整理丙纶无纺织物的多功能性。 In order to enhance the multi-functionalities of polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric, PP non- woven fabric is firstly modified with acrylic acid by radiation-induced surface grafting, and then finished with graphene oxide (GO), which is reduced for the loading of graphene. Based on optimization of finishing process, the surface resistance, antibacterial activity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the finished PP non-woven fabric are investigated, respectively. The results indicate that the surface grafting of acrylic acid favors the loading of graphene on PP non-woven fabric. Increasing grafting degree can significantly enhance the loading of grapheme oxide sheets. The graphene finished PP non-woven fabric shows better electrical conductivity, antibacterial activity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, and high grafting degree can further increase above functions.
