摘要
针对山羊绒变异带来的两型纤维和细毛的染色技术问题,开发一种山羊绒两型纤维均一化染色技术。即山羊绒两型纤维先还原法预处理,再蛋白质溶液整理,最后采用毛用活性染料低温染色。研究表明,蛋白质溶液整理大大提高了山羊绒纤维的染色性能,有效降低了色差和劳动力成本。
Aiming at the technical dyeing problems of heterotypical fiber and fine wool due to cashmere variation, a homogenization dyeing technology for heterotypical cashmere is developed. That is, the cashmere fiber is pretreated with reduction method firstly, followed by protein solution treatment, and then dyed with reactive dyes at low temperature. Results show that protein solution treatment can greatly improve the dyeing performance of cashmere fiber, which can effectively reduce chromatic aberration and labor cost.
