5~8周龄农安籽鹅日粮氨基酸模型的研究

摘要 为了寻找出适合5~8周龄农安籽鹅氨基酸需要的饲粮氨基酸模型,试验采用2×2二因子试验设计,研究饲粮中不同水平蛋氨酸(0.5%、0.35%)和赖氨酸(0.85%、0.75%)对5~8周龄农安籽鹅生长性能、肝脏中的IGF-ⅠmRNA表达量及血清中激素水平的影响,利用最佳蛋氨酸和赖氨酸组合设计出饲粮氨基酸模型。结果表明:当0.50%蛋氨酸水平时,平均末重、日增重、血清中IGF-Ⅰ的含量、肝脏组织中IGF-ⅠmRNA表达量均显著高于0.35%蛋氨酸水平(P<0.05);料重比显著低于0.35%蛋氨酸水平(P<0.05)。当0.85%赖氨酸水平时,平均末重、日增重最高和血清IGF-Ⅰ浓度均显著高于0.75%赖氨酸水平(P<0.05)。蛋氨酸与赖氨酸之间的交互作用对平均末重、日增重、料重比以及血清中的IGF-Ⅰ浓度影响显著(P<0.05),对肝脏IGF-Ⅰ表达量影响极显著(P<0.01),当0.50%蛋氨酸和0.85%赖氨酸水平时,平均末重和日增重最大、料重比最小、血清中IGF-Ⅰ的含量和肝脏组织中IGF-ⅠmRNA表达量最高。说明最适宜5~8周龄农安籽鹅生长发育的蛋氨酸和赖氨酸组合为0.50%蛋氨酸+0.85%赖氨酸组,根据组合设计的饲粮氨基酸模型为:赖氨酸100,蛋氨酸59,胱氨酸34,苏氨酸83,异亮氨酸83,亮氨酸199,精氨酸129,缬氨酸98,组氨酸55,酪氨酸79,苯胺酸110,色氨酸13。 In order to find a dietary amino acid model which is the most suitable for amino acid needs of 5-8 weeks old Nong'an geese, this experiment used a 2×2 two-factor test to study how different levels of methionine (0.5%, 0.35%) and lysine (0.85%, 0.75%) in the diet influenced the effect of growth performance of 5-8 weeks old Nong'an geese, IGF-I mRNA expression in the liver and serum hormone levels. The results showed that when the concentration of methionine was at 0.50% level, the average terminal weight, daily gain, serum IGF—Ⅰ content, IGF—Ⅰ mRNA expression in liver tissue were significantly higher than 0.35% methionine level (P〈0.05), besides the feed conversion ratio was markedly lower than that at 0.35% level (P〈O.05). At the 0.85% lysine level, the average final weight, the highest daily gain, and the serum IGF—Ⅰ concentration were remarkably higher than at 0.75% lysine level (P〈 0.05). The interaction of methionine and lysine influenced the average terminal weight, daily weight gain, feed-to-weight ratio, serum IGF—Ⅰ concentration (P〈0.05), and IGF—Ⅰ expression in liver(P〈 0.01), which is more significantly. When at 0.50% methionine and 0.85% lysine levels, the average terminal weight and daily gain were the largest, the feed-to-weight ratio was the smallest, the serum IGF—Ⅰ content and the IGF—Ⅰ mRNA expres- sion in liver tissue were the highest. The combination of methionine and lysine is 0.50% methionine + 0.85% lysine is the mostsuitable for growth and development. Above all, the distribution Nong'an geese should be: Lys 100, Met 59, Cys 34, of total amino acid requirements of 5-8 weeks old Thr 83, lie 83, Leu 199, Arg 129, Val 98. His 55,Tyr 79, Phe 110. Trp 13.
