葡萄糖氧化酶对丹系母猪围产期便秘、粪便菌群及初乳品质的影响 被引量:5

Effect of glucose oxidase on perinatal constipation, faecal microflora and quality of colostrum of Dannish Large-white sows

摘要 试验是在丹系大白母猪饲粮中添加葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)对其围产期便秘,粪便菌群及初乳品质的影响。试验选用80头健康妊娠后期母猪,完全随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头母猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮上添加0.5、1.0、1.5 g/kg GOD。试验期为58 d。结果如下:与对照组相比,GOD对母猪围产期便秘无显著影响(P>0.05);试验各组与对照组相比极显著提高了泌乳期母猪粪便中双歧杆菌的含量(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别比对照组提高17.87%、18.68%、13.36%,试验对大肠杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量无显著影响(P>0.05);GOD对母猪初乳成份及IgG含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果表明,葡萄糖氧化酶能增加粪便中双歧杆菌数量。 This study was conducted to investigate the effect of glucose oxidase on constipation, faecal microflora and quality of colostrum of Danish Large-white sows. A total of 80 pregnan Danish Largewhitet sows (which had similar body condition, pail ranged into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and ty (2-3), and farrowing date) were randomly ar- 4 sows per replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet, while experimental groups Ⅰ, experimental groups Ⅱ, experimental groups Ⅲ were fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.5 g/kg, 1.0 g/kg, 1.5 g/kg GOD respectively. The trial extended to 58 days. The results were as followed: There was no significant effect on perinatal constipation of sow during perinatal (P〉0.05), but experimental groups feces score were better than control group; GOD improved the intestinal health of sows, and significantly enhanced the number of Bigdobacterium populations in feces of lactating sows (P〈0.01). But the numbers of Eschericbia Coli and lactic acid bacteria in feces were not significantly different between these groups(P〉0.05); there was no significant difference on colostrum ingredients and IgG of sows (P〉0.05). Conclusion: the addition of glucose oxidase in diets increases the number of Bifidobacteria in feces of lactation sows.
