摘要
目前有关猪和家禽各生长阶段氨基酸需要量的研究已经很全面,但对于牛氨基酸需要量的研究并不完善。此外,许多研究集中在犊牛、羔羊和成年奶牛上,而关于生长阶段肉牛和后备奶牛氨基酸需要量的研究较少。因此,文章将对牛生长阶段的限制性氨基酸营养、理想氨基酸模式及影响氨基酸吸收的因素进行综述,为生长肉牛及后备奶牛氨基酸需要量的研究提供理论基础。
At present, the researches of the amino acid requirements of sow and poultry at each stage of growth have been comprehensive, but the researches of the amino acid requirement of cattle aren't complete. Besides, a lot of studies focused on calves, lambs and adult cows, while there were only limited studies on the amino acid requirements of growth stage beef cattle and replacement heifers. Therefore, to provide theoretical foundation for researching the amino acid requirements, this paper reviewed the limiting amino acid nutrition, the ideal amino acid model and the factors affecting the absorption of amino acids of beef cattle and replacement heifers at growth stage.
