母亲心理干预对脑瘫儿童康复效果的影响

Effect of mother's psychological intervention on recovery of cerebral palsy children

目的探讨改善母亲亲职压力对提高脑瘫儿童康复治疗效果的作用。方法将74对存在轻中度亲职压力的母亲及其1～3岁脑瘫子女随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组母亲接受沙盘游戏疗法为主的综合心理干预,对照组母亲不接受心理干预,2组儿童均进行集中式综合康复训练,半年后分析母亲亲职压力及脑瘫儿童运动功能、语言功能和日常生活自理能力的改变情况。结果实验组儿童母亲亲职压力较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),脑瘫儿童的运动功能、认知功能和日常生活自理能力的改善较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论对脑瘫儿童母亲进行心理治疗有助于提高脑瘫儿童的功能水平。

ObjectiveTo explore the impact of improving the parental stress of mother on the rehabilitation of chil-dren with cerebral palsy.MethodsTotally 74 pairs of cerebral palsy children and mothers with mild-to-moderate parentingstress were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The mothers in the experimental group weretreated with sand table therapy as main comprehensive psychological intervention while the mothers in the control group didnot accept any psychological intervention. Half a year later, the parenting stress of mothers and the cerebral palsy children＇schanges of motor function, linguistic function and activity of daily living were analyzed and compared before and after the ex-periment by using SPSS19.0.ResultsAfter the experiment, the mothers in the experimental group were less stressed thanthat in the control group（P〈0.05）. The children＇s motor function, linguistic function and activity of daily living in the experi-mental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionMother＇s psychological inter-vention can effectively promote the performance level of children with cerebral palsy.
