2012-2016年徐州市某医院放射工作人员职业健康现况分析

Occupational health status of radiation workers in a hospital in Xuzhou City from 2012 to 2016

目的了解徐州某医院放射工作人员职业健康安全情况。方法采用个人剂量检测、职业健康检查、放射工作场所防护检测等相结合的方法,于2012—2016年对徐州某医院放射工作人员职业健康现状开展调查。结果2016年个人剂量检测结果与2012年比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.854,P>0.05);与2013、2014、2015年比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.179、6.638、5.631,P<0.05);放射诊断学与核医学、放射治疗学、介入治疗学等工种相比其差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.899、0.389、1.655,P>0.05)。结论应增强防护工作人员的自我防护意识,定期开展放射设备防护检测和放射工作人员的职业健康监护。

ObjectiveTo understand the occupational health and safety situation of radiation workers in a hospitalin Xuzhou City.MethodsFrom 2012 to 2016, the occupational health status of the radiation workers in a hospital in XuzhouCity was investigated and analyzed by the combination of the personal dose test, occupational health examination and radia-tion workplace protection test.ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference between the results of individualdose detection in 2016 and 2012（χ2=0.854, P〈0.05）, but the result in 2016 compared with the results in 2013, 2014 and2015, the difference was statistically significant（χ2=10.179, 6.638, 5.631, P〈0.05）. The comparison among the radio diagnos-tics, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, and interventional therapy showed there were no statistically significant differences（χ2=0.899, 0.389, 1.655 respectively, all P〈0.05）.ConclusionWe should enhance the self-protection consciousness of theprotection staff, carry out the radiation protection test and occupational health surveillance for radiation workers regularly.
