摘要
目的了解徐州市三级甲等综合性医院普外科护理人员职业生命质量现状及其影响因素,为促进其职业生命质量提供参考依据。方法采用护士职业生命质量量表及自行设计的一般情况问卷,结合访谈法,对徐州市2所三级甲等综合性医院普外科的94名护理人员进行调查。结果普外科护士职业生命质量评分为(151.76±24.75)分,工作家庭平衡维度(20.35±5.83)分,工作量维度(37.41±5.27)分,工作环境维度(78.39±14.29)分,社会环境维度(15.61±2.97)分;工作时数、加班、夜班、工作压力大、报酬与付出不匹配、医患关系难处理以及得不到病人的尊重影响普外科护士的职业生命质量。结论徐州市三级甲等综合性医院普外科护士的职业生命质量水平偏低。护理管理者与护理人员可通过优化管理体制、提升自我等途径共同促进护士整体队伍的职业生命质量。
ObjectiveTo understand the current status and the influencing factors about the quality of nursing worklife in the general surgical department of the third-grade class-A general hospital in Xuzhou City, so as to provide the refer-ence for improving the quality of nursing work life.MethodsThe Quality of Nursing Work Life Survey(QNWLS) and the self-administered questionnaires combined with interviews were employed to survey 94 nurses in the general surgical departmentsof two third-grade class-A general hospitals in Xuzhou City.ResultsThe QNWLS score was 151.76±24.75. The scores ofwork life/home life dimension, work design dimension, work context dimension and work world dimension were 20.35±5.83,37.41±5.27, 78.39±14.29 and 15.61±2.97 respectively. The quality of nursing work life was influenced by work time, overtimework, night shift, great work pressure, mismatch between reward and pay, complex medical staff-patient relationship and disre-spect from the patients.ConclusionThere is a low level in the quality of nursing work life in the general surgical depart-ment. Nursing managers and nurses can promote the whole quality of nursing work life by optimizing the management systemand improving themselves, etc.
