广州市实习护生用药法律意识及临床用药情况调查

Investigation on medication legal awareness and clinical medication of practice nurses in Guangzhou City

目的了解实习护生临床用药情况,为护理药理学教学内容改革提供参考。方法 2016年12月—2017年12月采用自行设计的问卷对广州市某3所医院135名实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生药品法律知识及格率仅为25.0%。用药护理操作执行均分3分以下,处于中等以下水平;对各种药物过敏情况应急处理了解均分3分左右,处于中等水平。实习护生用药操作执行得分在不同年龄、实习时间、法律知识得分上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习护生药物过敏时应急处理了解程度得分在不同性别、实习时间、法律知识得分上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护生药品法律知识匮乏,用药护理操作规范性不足,对出现药物过敏时应急处理的能力有所欠缺,建议加强临床药品法律相关知识及药物不良反应应对策略的培训。

ObjectiveTo understand the nursing students＇ legal knowledge and behavior status of clinical medica-tion, so as to provide the reference for the teaching content reform of pharmacology.MethodsFrom May 2016 to May 2017,135 nursing students of 3 hospitals in Guangzhou City were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire.ResultsThepass rate of legal knowledge of drugs of nursing students was only 25.0%. The average score of drug care operation was below3 points. The average score of the emergency response to various drug allergies was about 3 points. The difference of scores inthe operation of drug was statistically significant in different ages, internship time and legal knowledge points（P〈0.05）. Thedifference of scores in the emergency response to drug allergies was statistically significant in different genders, internshiptime and legal knowledge points（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe drug legal knowledge of the nursing students is poor, the medi-cation nursing operation of them is not standardized, and the ability to respond to drug allergy is still lacking. Therefore, it isrecommended to strengthen the training of clinical drug legal knowledge and strategies for adverse drug reactions.
