摘要
金属镁(丝/粒)在铸铁冶金领域的应用日趋广泛,系统深入了解金属镁表面的钝化行为及钝化层性质,对提高和改善喂丝球化和喷镁球化(脱硫)用金属镁粒的制备质量及镁元素的吸收率具有重要的促进作用。简述了金属镁的化学性质、脱硫机理、钝化机理和钝化剂及钝化处理方法,介绍了镁粒钝化层的物相组成和物理性质,指出采用氟化物对镁粒进行化学钝化处理是一种比较有效的方法,用此法获得的钝化镁粒在铸造冶金领域具有广泛的应用前景。
Magnesium (wire/particles) had been widely used in the field of cast iron metallurgy. The systematic understanding of the passivation behavior and passivation layer properties of the metal magnesium surface had an important effect on improving and improving the preparation quality of metal magnesium particles and the absorption rate of magnesium elements for wire feeding spheroidization and spraying magnesium spheroidization (desulphurization). The chemical properties, desulphurization mechanism, passivation mechanism, passivating agent and passivation treatment of magnesium Particles were briefly described. The phase composition and physical properties of the passivation layer of magnesium particles were introduced. It is pointed out that chemical passivation of magnesium particles by fluoride is an effective treatment method. The passivated magnesium particles obtained by this method have a wide application prospect in the field of foundry metallurgy.
