摘要 阐述了高强度灰铸铁的质量控制指标及生产高强度灰铸铁的关键技术,指出采用化学成分优化设计、强化孕育处理及严格熔炼过程管控等管理手段,以确定稳定的生产工艺是获得高强度灰铸铁的关键技术措施。 The paper stated the quality control index of high-strength gray cast iron and the key technology,it pointed out that the key technical measures to obtain high strength gray cast iron is using means of management such as the optimization design used chemical composition,intensify inoculation treatment and strict control of melting process in order to get stable production process.
