摘要
通过JSCAST软件对2 m七叶螺旋桨铸造的充型和凝固过程进行了数值模拟,分析模拟结果,预测了铸件质量。对铸造工艺进行了优化和改进,避免了关键部位出现铸造缺陷,提高了产品性能。
The filling and solidification process of 2 m seven-blade propeller casting was numerically simulated by JSCAST software. The simulation results were analyzed, the casting quality was predicted, and the casting process was optimized and improved. The results show that the casting defects are avoided and the performance of the products are improved.
