摘要
综述了振动技术在铸造成形中的研究现状。介绍了振动方式与设备的分类、金属铸造成形过程中金属液的振动处理应用、振动充型与振动凝固技术的应用,以及振动在铸件时效处理中的应用。讨论了金属铸造成形过程中机械振动与超声波振动对铸件微观组织的改善、细化晶粒及力学性能优化等方面影响的机理,总结了不同振动工艺参数对铸件性能影响的规律。
The research status of vibration technology in casting forming is reviewed. The classification of vibration mode and equipment, the application of molten metal vibration treatment in metal casting forming process, the application of vibration filling and vibration solidification technology, and the application of vibration in aging treatment of casting are introduced. The mechanism of the effects of mechanical and ultrasonic vibrations on the microstructure improving, grain refinement and mechanical property optimization of casting during metal casting forming are discussed. The effects of different vibration process parameters on casting performance are summarized.
