摘要 针对材料为ZL105的铸件补缩系统,开发了一种基于C#开发语言的铸造工艺计算机辅助平台,有效降低了误差并消除了铸件内部缺陷。该系统能够根据用户输入参数选择合适的铸件浇注系统,并基于数值模拟模型对铸件和浇注系统进行仿真。然后根据凝固时间和冒口完成补缩系统缺陷分析,从而完成最佳补缩系统设计。该平台结合了数据库和知识库技术,能够对工艺参数有效选择,并具有较好的可扩充性。在Visual Studio 2013环境下,通过C#和My SQL进行了具体实现。测试应用结果表明,设计的ZL105铸造工艺C#计算机辅助设计平台运行良好,并具有较高的准确性。 A casting process computer aided platfbrm based on C# development language was developed thr the casting filling system of ZL105 alloy, which effectively reduced the error and eliminates the internal detects of the castings. The system can select the appropriate casting gating system according to the user input parameters, and simulate the casting and gating system based on the numerical simulation model. Then according to the solidification time and riser completing the defect analysis of the feeding system, the optimal feeding system design was completed. The platform combines database and knowledge base technology, which can effectively select process parameters and had good expansibility. In the Visual Studio 2013 environment, C# and My SQL had been implemented in detail. The results show that the C# computer aided design platfonn for ZL105 casting process runs well and has high accuracy.
