摘要
铝合金牵引梁承受着纵向冲击载荷和垂向起吊载荷作用,对力学性能要求较高。利用Visual-Environment和ProCAST分析软件研究了铝合金牵引梁的真空调压成形工艺。基于模拟结果,完成了内部无缺陷的牵引梁铸造成型工艺设计。
The aluminum alloy traction beam bears the longitudinal impact load and the vertical lifting load, which has a high demand on the mechanical properties. The vacuum pressure forming process of aluminum alloy traction beam was studied by using Visual-Environment and ProCAST analysis software. Based on the simulation results, the casting process design of traction beam without defects is completed.
