Data Processing System of Green Sand Based on Six Sigma Management Concept

研究了六西格玛管理理念和Minitab软件在型砂数据处理过程中的应用和指导作用。结果表明,与传统的型砂工艺和质量管理方法相比,应用六西格玛管理理念,可以快速地处理各类型砂数据,发现问题、分析原因,并及时采取改善措施。

The application and guiding role of six sigma concepts and Minitab in the process of sand data processing were studied. The results show that compared with the traditional molding sand technology and quality management method, the application of six sigma management concept can rapidly process all kinds of molding sand data, identify problems, analyze causes, and timely take improvement measures.
