Y对AZ91D合金的组织与性能影响研究

摘要 采用消失模铸造的方法制备了不同Y含量的AZ91D合金,研究了Y含量对AZ91D合金铸态组织、物相组成和力学性能的影响,并分析了Y元素的存在形式和作用机理。结果表明,在AZ91D合金中添加Y元素可以细化合金铸态组织,在Y含量为1%时AZ91D+Y合金的铸态组织可以达到最好细化效果;在合金中添加1%Y后,不仅会改变合金中β-Mg17Al12相的尺寸和分布,还会形成Al2Y相;在AZ91D合金中添加Y元素后,合金的抗拉强度、断后伸长率和布氏硬度都得到不同程度提高,在Y含量达到1%时取得最大值。 The AZ91D alloy with different Y content was prepared by EPC process, the effects of Y content on microstructure, phase composition and mechanical properties of as-cast AZ91D alloy were studied, and the existing form and mechanism of Y elements were also analyzed. The results show that the addition of Y element can refine the microstructure of as cast AZ91D alloy, and the microstructure of as cast AZ91D alloy can reach the best refinement effect when the content of Y is 1%. The grain size and distribution of the β-Mg17Al12 phase in AZ91D alloy will be changed with addition of 1%Y, and the AI2Y phase will be precipitation. When Y element is added to AZ91D alloy, the tensile strength, elongation after fracture and Brinell hardness of the alloy are improved to different degrees, and the maximum value is obtained when Y content reaches 1%.
