摘要
在砂型喷墨打印增材制造过程中,铺粉质量是直接影响打印成形件性能的重要因素之一。为了更加客观地评价铺粉效果,提出用铺设砂层表面轮廓均方根偏差作为铺粉质量的表征参数,对铺粉质量进行量化分析。研究了铺粉速度、固化剂添加量以及粉末粒径3个因素对铺粉质量的影响规律。结果表明,在固化剂添加量≤0.6%的情况下,铺粉速度对铺粉质量的影响较小,优先选用150μm和74μm粉末,可以获得较好的铺粉质量。
In the additive manufacturing process of sand mold inkjet printing, the laying powder~ quality is one of the important factors on the performance of the printing parts. In order to evaluate the powder laying quality objectively, the root mean square deviation of the surface profile of laying powder was proposed as the characteljzation parameter, and the powder laying quality was analyzed quantitatively. The effects of the powder laying velocity, the curing agent content and the particle size of powder on the powder laying quality were investigated. The results show that the powder laying velocity has little effect on the laying powder quality when the curing agent content is less than 0.6%, a better powder laying quality can obtain by first selecting 150 μm or 74 μm powders.
