摘要
为了提高陶芯压注机压力控制系统的控制速度以及准确度,设计了一种基于STM32单片机的陶芯压注机压力控制系统。该压力控制系统以STM32F103C8T6单片机做为主控器,外围配以压力采集以及人机交互等模块构成系统的硬件部分。以自适应PID算法做为控制策略,对采集的压力与标定进行计算,得出控制因子。主控器再根据控制因子对外围模块进行调控,从而实现对陶芯压注机的压力进行快速、准确控制的效果。结果表明,利用STM32单片机所设计的压力控制系统,能够对陶芯压注机所需要的压力进行良好的控制,从而提高生产产品的质量。
In order to improve the control speed and accuracy of the pressure control system of the ceramic core press, a kind of pressure control system of the pottery core injection machine based on STM32 was designed. The pressure control system was mainly controlled by STM32F103C8T6 single chip microcomputer, and the hardware part of the system was composed of modules such as pressure collection and human-machine interaction. The adaptive PID algorithm was used as the control strategy, and the pressure and calibration were calculated, and the control factors were obtained. The main controller controls the peripheral module according to the control factor, so that the pressure of the pottery core press can be controlled quickly and accurately. The results show that the pressure control system is designed by the STM32 single chip microcomputer can control the pressure by the ceramic core press and to improve the quality of the products.
