碳氮共渗对20CrMnTi钢组织及耐磨性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究中温和高温感应碳氮复合渗对20Cr Mn Ti钢组织与耐磨性的影响。采用SEM、EDS、金相显微镜、自动显微硬度仪和端面磨损试验机等对组织性能进行表征。结果表明,中温碳氮复合渗处理使表面组织疏松;高温碳氮复合渗处理表面组织更为致密;在高温下进行碳氮复合得到的渗层是中温下的两倍多,且表面平均硬度均比中温复合渗高;通过真空感应碳氮共渗能有效提高工件的耐磨性能,其中气体压力对耐磨性能的影响不大,磨损机制由黏着磨损转变到磨粒磨损。 The effects of mild and high temperature induced carbonitriding on 20CrMnTi steel were studied. SEM, EDS, metallographic microscope, automatic microhardness tester and end wear tester were used to characterize the microstructure and properties. The results show that the surface structure is loose after the treatment of medium temperature carbon and nitrogen composite infiltration. The surface structure of high temperature carburizing treatment is denser. At high temperature, carburizing layer is more than twice as high as that at medium temperature, and the average surface hardness is higher than that at medium temperature. The wear resistance of the workpiece can be improved effectively by vacuum induction carbonitriding. Gas pressure has little effect on wear resistance, and the wear mechanism changes from adhesive wear to abrasive wear.
