摘要
对Cu52.46Cr47.11Ni0.43合金在3GPa压力,500℃保温60 min进行高压时效处理,测试了高压时效处理前后Cu52.46Cr47.11Ni0.43合金在25~550℃范围内的热导率及电阻率,结合显微组织分析,探讨了3 GPa压力时效处理对Cu52.46Cr47.11Ni0.43合金物理性能的影响。结果表明,3 GPa压力时效处理能增大合金的热导率,减小合金的电阻率,在25℃时,3 GPa压力时效处理合金的热导率和电阻率分别为151.03 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)和4.33×10^(-8)Ω·m,较铸态合金分别增大6.11%和减小13.63%。
Cu52.46Cr47.11Ni0.43 alloy was aging treated at 3 GPa pressure and 500 ℃ for 60 min, its thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity at 25~550 ℃ were measured. According to the microstructure analysis, the effect of 3 GPa pressure aging treatment on physical properties of Cu52.46Cr47.11Ni0.43 alloy was investigated. The results show that 3 GPa pressure aging treatment can increase the thermal conductivity and reduce the electrical conductivity of the alloy. After aging treated at 3 GPa pressure and 500 ℃ for 60 min, the thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of Cu52.46Cr47.11Ni0.43 alloy at 25℃ is 151.03 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1) and 4.33×10^(-8)Ω·m, respectively, which is increased by 6.11% and 13.63% in comparison with the cast alloy.
