摘要
自20世纪30年代发现晶粒细化现象以来,关于晶粒细化剂的相关研究便由此展开。晶粒细化剂经过了几个发展阶段,到目前为止运用较多较成功的有Al-Ti-B类和Al-Ti-C类晶粒细化剂。随着晶粒细化剂的发展,关于晶粒细化机理的研究也也随之展开,得出的细化理论也有很多种。目前,关于晶粒细化机理研究较多的主要有:相图/包晶理论、碳化物/硼化物粒子理论,以及复相形核理论。
Since the phenomenon of grain refinement was discovered in 1930s, relevant research on grain refiner was carded out. Grain refiners had gone through several development stages, and so far, more successful grain refiners are Al-Ti-B and Al-Ti-C. With the development of grain refiner, the research on grain refinement mechanism has been carded out, and there are many kinds of refining theories. At present, there are many researches on grain refining mechanism, such as phase diagram/peritectic theory, carbide/boride particle theory and duplex nucleation theory.
