止带汤联合西药治疗老年性阴道炎(肾阳虚)随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study on the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis(Shenyangxu/肾阳虚) by combination of Zhidai Decoction(止带汤) and Western Medicine

[目的]观察止带汤联合西药治疗老年性阴道炎(肾阳虚)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将102例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法随机分为两组。对照组51例甲硝唑,1次/d,置于阴道深处;3%硼酸,适量浸润用6~8层纱布或干净毛巾上,敷于患处,1h/次,每10min更换1次,4次/d;尼尔雌醇,2mg/次,2周1次。治疗组51例止带汤(肉苁蓉、附子、肉桂各20g,黄芪、续断各15g,艾叶10g,茯苓5g,芡实8g,小茴香10g,乌贼骨、金樱子各8g);西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床表现、临床症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(14d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈33例,显效10例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率96.08%;对照组临床痊愈28例,显效9例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率94.31%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]止带汤联合西药治疗老年性阴道炎(肾阳虚),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,远期疗效可观,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Zhidai decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile vaginitis（Shenyangxu）. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 102 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order number method. In the control group, 51 cases of metronidazole suppositories, 1 times/d, were placed deep in the vagina; 3% boric acid, appropriate infiltration with 6-8 gauze or clean towels, applied to the affected area, 1 h/times, 1 times per 10 min, 4/d; Neal estriol, 2 mg/times, 1 times/2 weeks. In the treatment group, 51 cases（Roucongrong, Fuzi, Rougui each 20 g, Huangqi, Xuduan each 15 g, Aiye 10 g, Fuling 5 g, Cishi 8 g Xiaohuixiang 10 g, Wuzeigu, Jinyingzi each 8 g）; western medicine was treated with the control group. The continuous treatment of 7 d was 1 courses. Clinical symptoms, clinical symptom scores and adverse reactions were observed. 2 courses of continuous treatment（14 d） were used to determine the curative effect. [Results] In the treatment group, 33 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 2 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 96.08%, 28 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were effective, 8 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 94.31%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Zhidai decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile vaginitis（Shenyangxu） has satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, long-term curative effect is considerable, it is worth promoting.
