基于介孔泡沫修饰电极高灵敏测定多菌灵

Highly sensitive determination of carbendazim based on mesopore cellular foam modified carbon paste electrodes

摘要 建立了一种介孔泡沫(MCF)修饰碳糊电极(MCF/CPE)高灵敏测定多菌灵的新方法。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射技术对所制备的MCF材料进行了表征。用循环伏安法和交流阻抗技术考察了多菌灵在修饰电极的电化学性能,发现与裸碳糊电极(CPE)相比,MCF/CPE对多菌灵有更显著的响应信号。在最佳实验条件下,多菌灵的氧化峰电流与其浓度分别在0. 1~1. 0μmol/L和1. 0~10μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为I=16. 95c+1. 106和I=7. 862c+11. 78,相关系数为R=0. 997和R=0. 995,检出限为0. 5 nmol/L。该法用于铁皮石斛中多菌灵的检测回收率为95. 8%~107. 0%。 A mesostructured cellular foam (MCF) modified carbon paste electrode ( MCF/CPE ) was prepared for sensitive determination of carbendazim. The MCF/CPE was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction. The electrochemical characteristics of MCF/CPE were investigated by using cyclic vohammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It was found that, compared with bare carbon paste electrode (CPE), the MCF/CPE had a significant response signal of carbendazim. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the oxidation peak current was linearly proportional to the concentration of carbendazim in the range of 0. 1 - 1.0 μmoL/L and 1.0 - 10 μmol/L, respectively. The linear equations were I = 16.95c + 1. 106 and I = 7. 862c + 11.78, and the correlation coefficients R = 0. 997 and R = 0. 995, respectively. The detection limit for carbendazim was 0. 5 nmol/L. The method was used to determine carbendazim in dendrobium candidum sample, and the recoveries were in the range from 95.8% to 107.0%.
