在对资本的追逐中,风险随之发生并演化成与资本如影随形的系统体系。资本主义生产过程揭示了风险的生成、生长、演化的各种发展形式和内在联系的逻辑,资本主义流通过程则说明了风险系统本身的复杂性和特定时空序列中风险的自我发展运动过程和再生产结构。在资本的总过程中,资本主义社会经济有机体作为一种极其复杂的社会化大生产集成系统,风险达到顶峰,其中尤以生息资本风险状态最高。当资本内在矛盾累积到一定程度时,风险就演变成危机,风险到危机的过程是风险依傍资本又否定资本的过程。资本主义系统中的风险,实质上是资本逻辑的风险,表现为风险主体的分化、风险运行的结构化以及风险环境的全球化。基于资本逻辑的风险治理和消解,显然无法通过风险衍生系统的自适应来化解,只有通过对资本关系的根本变革,才能实现人的全面自由发展。

In the pursuit of capital, risk occur and evolve into a systematic system that is very closely associated with capital. The capitalist production process reveals the various development forms of risk generation, growth and evolution and the logic of their inherent connections, while the capitalist circulation process illustrates the complexity of the risk system itself and the self-development movement process and reproduction structure of risks in the specific time-space sequence. In the overall process of capital,risks of the capitalist socio-economic organism, which is an extremely complex socialized large-scale production integration system, reach the peak.Among which, the risk of interest-bearing capital is highest.When the inherent contradictions of capital are accumulated to a certain extent, risks will evolve into crisis. The process of risk's evolving into crisis is a process of risks relying on and denying capital. Risks in the capitalist systen are essentially risks of capital logic, which is manifested as the differentiatioa of risk subjects, the structuralization of risk operations and globalization of risk environment. Risk goveriance and digestion based on capital logic obviously cannot be resolved through self-adaption of the risk derivation system. The all-round and free development of mankind can only be achieved through fundamental changes in capital relations.
