阿仑膦酸钠片联合六味地黄丸治疗女性绝经后骨质疏松症40例临床观察

The Study of Liuwei Dihuang Wan Combined with Alendronate Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of 40 Patients with Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

目的:观察阿仑膦酸钠片联合六味地黄丸在女性绝经后骨质疏松症中的临床疗效。方法:选取绝经后骨质疏松症患者80例,随机分为2组,各40例,对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠片治疗;研究组在对照组基础上联合六味地黄丸治疗。疗程6个月,比较治疗前后患者股骨颈、全髋及第4腰椎(L4)骨密度,并检测骨形成指标(血清总碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP))、骨吸收指标(人抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5 b (TRACP-5b))。结果:75例患者完成治疗。治疗6个月后,研究组上述部位骨密度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。研究组治疗后ALP、BALP、BGP及TRACP-5b均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:阿仑膦酸钠片联合六味地黄丸可有效改善女性绝经后骨质疏松症骨代谢指标,提高骨密度。

Objective To investigate the effects of Liuwei Dihuang Wan combined with Alendronate Sodium Tablets in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Method 80 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. 40 patients in the control group were treated with Alendronate Sodium Tablets. 40 cases in the study group were treated with Alendronate Sodium Tablets and Liuwei Dihuang Wan. The bone density of femoral neck, total hip and lumbar vertebra （ L4 ） were compared before and after treatment for 6 months, and the index of bone formation and bone absorption were measured. Result The treatment was completed in 75 cases. After 6 months of treatment, the bone mineral density of the above study group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The ALP, BALP, BGP and TRACP -5b in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Condusion Liuwei Dihuang Wan combined with Alenclronate Sodium Tablets can effectively improve bone metabolism index in postmeno- pausal women with osteoporosis, and increase the bone density.
