目的:介绍凉血消痔合剂制备、质量控制和临床疗效。方法:制成合剂,建立质控标准,并通过对照的方法观察临床疗效。结果:该制剂符合《中国药典》2015年版对合剂的要求; TLC鉴别墨旱莲方法简便易行;临床有效率达90%。结论:本制剂制备工艺合理,质控可行,疗效确切。

Objective To introduce preparation, quality control and clinical efficacy of Liangxuexiaozhi mixture. Methods It is made a mixture. Establish quality control standards, and observe clinical efficacy through a comparative method. Results It is up to the standard specified of mixtures in Chinese Pharmacopeia （2015 edition）. The TLC spots are distinctive and specific. The clinical effective rate is 90%. Conclusion This preparation is feasible, and the quality control method is simple, rapid and accurate. They can be used effectively for the quality control of this mixture and it is curative effect.
