“四证合一”模式中医内科学专业学位型硕士研究生考核指标体系及应用研究

A Study on the Index System and Applications Under the Mode of“Four in one Certificate”in Graduates Ininternal Medicine of TCM

目的:建立"四证合一"模式中医内科学专业学位型硕士研究生考核指标体系,提供有效可行的考评工具。方法:采用中文数据库检索和专家访谈法制定一套初步的中内专硕研究生考核指标体系,通过德菲尔法及师生问卷调查法对指标进行筛选及评价。结果:研究所制订的考核指标体系基本适用于中内专硕研究生的考核评价,但专家与学生对临床实践与综合能力考核的重要程度存在认知与理解的偏差。结论:构建中内专硕研究生考核指标体系有利于中内专硕研究生规范化培养,及时提供有效可行的反馈,不断加强改进培养方案。

Objective Establishing an index system under the mode of ＂Four in one certificate＂ in graduates ininternal medicine of TCMto provide effective assessment tools. Methods We used the Chinese retrieval database and the methods of experts＇ interview to settle down a preliminary index system of exam in graduates ininternal medicine of TCM. Then filtrated and evaluate the indicators by Delphi and the questionnaire of tutors and students. Results The index system that formulated in this survey was almost fully appropriate for the graduates ininternal medicine of TCM. However, the experts＇ cognition and understanding on the importance of clinicalpractice andgeneral capability assessments were different to the students＇. Conclusion Establishing an examinational index system is helpful to graduates ininternal medicine of TCMas well as provide effective feedbacks in time and continuously improve training plan.
