离子液体催化合成新型荧光衍生剂及其在β-受体激动剂检测中的应用与研究 被引量:2

摘要 以咪唑类离子液体为催化剂合成荧光衍生剂2-(4-磺酰氯基苯基)苯并咪唑,建立肉制品中β-受体激动剂的提取、净化等前处理方法,并利用该荧光衍生剂对四种β-受体激动剂进行荧光衍生反应,优化各种衍生条件。最终建立基于该荧光衍生剂针对肉制品中β-受体激动剂的高效液相色谱-荧光检测方法。该衍生剂在p H值为10. 0±0. 5,85℃环境下与含有苯乙醇胺结构的β-受体激动剂中的仲胺基基团能快速的生成高荧光强度的荧光衍生产物,目标物回收率为86%~91%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1. 26%~2. 54%,检出限接近0. 3ng/g;定量限<1. 0ng/g。表明所建立的样品前处理方法、衍生方法及检测方法可用于肉制品中β-受体激动剂的检测。 The imidazolium ionic liquid was taken as catalyst, and fluorescence derivative 2 - (4 - sulfonylchlorophenyl) benzimidazole was synthesized, and the pretreatment methods including extraction and purification of β-agonists in meat products were established. The fluorescence derivative agent was used to conduct fluorescence derivatization reaction on four kinds of β-agonists, and various derivatization conditions were optimized. Finally, the high performance liquid chromatography -fluorescence detection method for β-agonists in meat products based on the fluorescent derivative agent was established. The derivative agent could rapidly generate a fluorescence derivative product with high fluorescence intensi- ty at pH of 10.0 ±0.5, 85℃, and a secondary amino group in a β- agonist containing a phenylethano- lamine structure. The recovery rate of target compound was 86% to 91%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.26% to 2.54%, and the detection limit was close to 0.3 ng/g, and the limit of quantification was less than 1.0 ng/g. It indicated that the pretreatment method, derivatization method and detection method of sample could be used for the detection of β- agonists in meat products.
