非洲猪瘟来势汹汹,全面防控刻不容缓

非洲猪瘟是猪的一种急性、热性、高度接触性传染病,对生猪生产危害极大。自8月份非洲猪瘟疫情在国内出现以来,农业农村部高度重视,立即启动Ⅱ级应急响应,目前虽然发生地疫情已经得到有效控制,但在全国依然呈现"多点开花"的局面,防控形势复杂严峻。由于对非洲猪瘟目前尚无有效的治疗药物和预防疫苗,因此,加强疫情检测和生猪及其产品移动监管,严格落实封闭管理和消毒、隔离等防护措施,坚持内防外堵是控制本病的关键。而一旦发现疫情,必须按照"早、快、严、小"原则,果断采取封锁、隔离、消毒、扑杀、无害化处理等处置措施,严防疫情扩散蔓延。

African swine fever was an acute, heat and highly contagious infectious disease of pig, and it had extremely harmful on pig production. Since the emergence of the African swine fever epidemic situation in China in August, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs paid high attention, and the level II emergency response was started immediately. At present, although the epidemic situation had been effectively controlled, it still presented a situation of ＂ multiple blossoms＂ in the country, and the situation of prevention and control was complicated and severe. There were no effective therapeutic drug and prevention vaccines for African swine fever currently ; therefore, the detection of the epidemic situation and the regulation of the movement of pig and their products should be strengthened, and the protec- tive measures including closed management and disinfection and isolation were strictly carried out. Sticking to internal prevention and external blocking was the key to controlling this disease. Once the epidemic situation was discovered, it must be based on the principle of ＂early, fast, strict, and small＂, and disposal measures including blockade, isolation, disinfection, extermination, and harmless treatment were taken decisively to prevent the spread of the epidemic situation.
