审计关系心理:博弈中审计队伍的培养

摘要 本文结合审计关系心理与积极心理学相关理论,强调审计人员心理问题的预防,浅谈如何培养自我决定人格特质以帮助审计人员进行心理建设,主要包括提升审计人员的自我效能感;强化成就动机,降低避免失败;掌握谈话技术,把握主动权;加强心理普同感训练,保持审计人员情绪稳定。
