中风化痰解毒通腑方联合西药治疗痰热腑实型急性缺血性脑中风的效果及对神经功能与生活质量的影响 被引量：6

摘要 急性缺血性脑中风多发生于中老年人群,具有较高的致残致死率,严重影响患者的身心健康。笔者采用中风化痰解毒通腑方治疗痰热腑实型急性缺血性脑中风患者,取得较好的疗效,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料选取2015年1月至2016年12月内黄县人民医院神经内科收治的105例痰热腑实型急性缺血性脑中风患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组52例,男34例,女18例;年龄（58.41±5.22）岁.
