新兴企业中心研发楼的结构设计原则分析

随着我国市场经济的进一步繁荣,越来越多的新兴企业不断得以建立.在现代工业发展模式下,这些企业活力十足,具有更强大的复合性功能,为了满足其各项功能的体现需求和成本控制,在针对中心研发楼的结构设计时,更讲求建筑的规模控制、内部各个功能的布置.论文就新兴企业中心研发楼结构设计的相关原则进行了分析,希望能对今后这一类企业的研发楼设计中加强对功能及空间的利用方面起到一定的参考作用.

With the further prosperity of China＇s market economy, more and more new enterprises have been established. Under the modem industrial development mode, these enterprises are more powerful, and have complex dynamic function, in order to meet the reflection demand and cost control of its functions, so when designing the structure of the center research and development building, we need to strict pursue the scale control and the internal location of each function of the building. This paper analyzes the principles related to the structural design ofR ＆ D building in emerging enterprises, hoping to play a certain role in enhancing the function and space utilization in the R ＆ D building design o f future enterprises.
