摘要
在高层建筑施工过程中,地层负责承担总负荷.地层包括地基和基础两部分,前者对建筑物负荷造成影响,后者则负责将负荷传递到地基下部结构.作为建筑工程的重要组成部分,地基基础施工质量直接影响建筑总体质量.因此,施工单位必须加强高层建筑地基基础施工管理,尤其是复杂地质条件下的地基基础施工,根据实际情况制定科学合理的施工方案,并将其落到实处,以切实保障高层建筑地基基础施工质量.
In the process of high-rise building construction, the stratum is responsible for bearing the total load. The stratum consists o f foundation bed and foundation, the former affects the load of the building while the latter is responsible for transferring the load to the substructure of the foundation. As an important part of building engineering, the quality of foundation construction directly affects the overall quality of the building. Therefore, the construction unit must strengthen the foundation construction management of high-rise buildings, especially the foundation construction under complex geological conditions, formulate scientific and reasonable construction plan according to the actual situation, and implement it to effectively ensure the foundation construction quality of high-rise buildings.
