随着"一带一路"的建设,中国企业海外投资建设步伐大大加快,海外EPC总承包项目不断增加.论文从招标文件研读、现场踏勘、报价统一规定的编制、设备采购费、安装费等方面介绍了海外项目投标报价的编制方法,结合项目报价过程中遇到的问题,提出了重点考虑的因素、需要注意的细节以及采取的措施.

With the development of the ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂, the pace of overseas investment construction of Chinese enterprises has been greatly accelerated, and overseas EPC contracting projects have been increasing. This paper introduces the compilation method of bidding quotation for overseas projects from the aspects of bidding documents study, site survey, compilation of unified quotation, equipment purchase fee and installation fee, etc., puts forward the key factors to be considered, the details to be noticed and the measures to be taken.
