摘要
对于走出去的施工企业,最重要的就是实现项目利润最大化和提高国际化竞争力,因此,项目成本控制尤为重要。论文结合海外项目中遇到的具体问题,根据印尼巨港轻轨铺轨工程项目的具体做法及实践,从6个方面分析讨论了海外项目成本管控的措施,旨在促进企业经济效益的提升,提高公司在国际化市场的竞争力.
For the construction enterprises going out, the most important thing is to maximize project profit and impmve international competitiveness, so the cost control of the project is particularly important. Based on the specific problems encountered in overseas projects and the specific practices and methods of light rail laying project in Kota Palembang, Indonesia, this paper analyzes and discusses the measures of cost control of overseas projects from six aspects, so as to promote the improvement of economic benefits of enterprises and improve the competitiveness of the company in the international market.
