不同温度条件下颤藻生长与产嗅特征研究 被引量:3

摘要 藻类产生的异味物质所导致的水体嗅味问题已成为世界性的水质问题之一,然而不同种属的藻产嗅特征差别较大。本研究将从深圳某水库分离得到的颤藻进行扩大培养,通过测定不同温度条件下藻细胞数及异味物质产量的变化,探讨不同温度对该颤藻生长及产嗅特征的影响。研究结果表明,温度对颤藻生长及产异味物质都有较大影响,28℃有利于颤藻的生长,同时在该温度条件下β-环柠檬醛(β-cyclocitral)和β-紫罗兰酮(β-ionone)平均产量较高;30℃时土嗅素(GSM)和二甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)这两种异味物质的平均产量较高;而且不同温度条件下产生的嗅味物质主要存在于藻细胞内。
