定时器操作新要求的设计

Design of new requirements for timer operation

UL安规新要求中要求用户操作带常通的机械式烤箱时须增加一次动作定时器才能到达常通位置。定时器原理限制无法更改,需要重新设计旋钮、定时器与面板的配合。本文中介绍一种通过面板上的挡块与旋钮按键限位弹性配合的方式,满足安规新要求。

New UL require that the mechanical timer need add another operation to go to stay on position when consumer operated the oven. Timer principle limit cannot be changed, need to redesign the knob and timer to match the panel In this paper, to meet the new safety requirements, we introduce the way to limit the elasticity of the block and knob on the panel.
