国际视野下高校师资队伍建设的探索与实践——以中国矿业大学为例

The Exploration and Practice of the Construction of Universities' Teaching Staff from the International Comparative Perspective:Taking China University of Mining and Technology as an Example

师资队伍建设是高校人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的源动力,从国际视野维度探索高校师资队伍建设研究具有重要意义。针对当前高校师资队伍建设中存在的主要问题,从国际视野角度提出了相应的措施,包括人才引进、本土培养、改革教师考核标准和设立"青年人才特区"等。这些措施在中国矿业大学深部岩土力学与地下工程国家重点实验室得到了良好实施,效果显著。

The construction of teaching staff is the driving force of talent training,scientific research and social service in universities.It is of great significance to carry out the research on the construction of teaching staff in China＇s universities from the international horizon.In view of the main problems in the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some specific measures from the international perspective including talent introduction,indigenous cultivation,the reform of teachers＇ assessment standards and the establishment of＂special zone for young people.＂The research results have been well implemented in State Key Laboratory for Geomechanics and Deep Underground Engineering of the China University of Mining and Technology,and the effect is remarkable.
