高职院校混合式教学模式改革问题与对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of Reform of the Hybrid Teaching Model of Higher Vocational Education

随着信息和教育技术的飞速发展,"互联网+"时代的到来,混合式教学成为高职院校教学改革的重要方向。近年来高职院校学生生源数量、质量下降,生源类型发生变化,混合式教学面临着新的挑战。从教学评价、管理机制、教职工激励政策、学生混合式学习的激励机制、课程硬件资源整合和线上教学平台建设、线上课程资源建设、教师的行为构建和能力提升等几个方面对混合式教学出现的问题进行研究,提出了相应的解决对策和改善建议,以达到提高混合式教学质量的目的。

With the rapid development of information and education technology as well as the advent of the＂Internet plus＂era,hybrid teaching became an important direction of teaching reform of higher vocational colleges.In recent years,the quality and quantity of students in vocational colleges have declined,along with the change of source of students,the hybrid teaching model faces new challenges.This paper probes into the problems in hybrid teaching from the aspects of teaching evaluation,management mechanism,incentive policy for teachers and staff members,the incentive mechanism of students＇ hybrid learning,the integration of curriculum hardware resources and online teaching platform construction,and online course resource construction,It also addresses the behavior construction and ability improvement of teachers.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestion are put forward to improve the quality of hybrid teaching.
