摘要
拓展训练是一种发端于二战时期的学习方法,具有心理性、团队性和体验性并重等特点,与"管理心理学"教学目标和内容相契合。通过在"管理心理学"课堂引入与教学目标相匹配的拓展训练项目,课程获得了良好的教学效果和教学评价。实践证明,拓展训练在"管理心理学"教学中的应用有助于促进学生对知识的掌握、提高学生的心理素养及转换教师角色与观念,是对教学改革的有益探索。
As a learning method originated from the Second World War,outward bound is characterized by psychology,team spirit and experience,and in line with the teaching objective and contents of Management Psychology.Through the introduction of outward bound to the course Management Psychology,the curriculum has achieved good effects and high teaching evaluation.The practice shows that the application of outward bound in the teaching of Management Psychology can help students to master knowledge well,improve their psychological quality and change teachers' roles and ideas,which is a useful exploration for the teaching reform.
