基于健康路径选择视角的我国农民福利效应研究

Research on Health Path Selection Affecting the Welfare of Farmers in China

本文从健康路径选择视角设定消费的多元福利效应假设,采用2006—2015年国家统计局数据、中国健康与营养调查（CHNS）以及最新的农民健康状况调查数据,并根据效用理论、消费决策模型与Grossman模型进行健康消费成本与效益的实证研究,探索健康路径决定的消费结构如何影响我国农民的福利增长。结论认为,从新农合基本医疗转向以预防保健为主体的多元健康选择及其消费结构能有效地降低农民对医疗的过度依赖和健康总成本,对增加农民福利产生显著的影响。

From the perspective of health path selection,this paper sets up the multi-welfare effect hypothesis of consumption,using the data from 2006—2015＇s National Bureau of statistics,the Chinese health and Nutrition Survey（ CHNS） and the latest survey data on the health status of farmers. And based on utility theory,consumption decision model and Grossman model,we make an empirical study on the cost and benefit of health consumption,and explore how the consumption structure determined by health path affects the welfare growth of Chinese farmers. In conclusion,from the basic medical health to select multiple NCMS to preventive health care as the main body and its consumption structure can effectively reduce the excessive dependence on farmers for medical and health total cost,to increase the level of farmers＇ welfare have a significant impact. This research has important theoretical and practical significance for improving our health security system and social welfare policy and promoting the sustainable development of the health industry.
