共享决策干预对肝癌患者治疗决策满意度及希望水平的影响

Effect of shared decision-making intervention on satisfaction with medical decision-making and hope level of patients with liver cancer

目的探讨共享决策干预对肝癌患者治疗决策满意度和希望水平的影响。方法将接受治疗的早期原发性肝癌患者182例按住院时间分组,2017年4~7月收治的91例患者设为对照组,2017年8~11月收治的91例患者设为干预组。对照组按常规进行护理,干预组在常规护理基础上实施共享决策干预。于出院前1d采用决策参与满意度量表和希望水平量表评价干预效果。结果干预组决策参与满意度总分及各维度评分、希望水平总分及各维度评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论共享决策干预可以提高肝癌患者决策参与满意度及主观幸福水平,有利于患者积极配合治疗,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of shared decision intervention on satisfaction with medical decision-making and hope level of patients with liver cancer.Methods A total of 182 patients with early stage primary liver cancer were divided into two groups,with 91 patients admitted within April to July in 2017 as the control group,who received routine nursing care,and 91 patients admitted within August to November of 2017 as the intervention group,who additionally received shared decision-making intervention.The intervention effect was evaluated by using the Decision Participation Satisfaction Scale and the Herth Hope Index 1 dbefore discharge.Results The total score of decision making participation satisfaction and all the dimension scores,the total score of hope and all the dimension scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01 for all）.Conclusion Shared decision intervention can improve satisfaction and subjective well-being of patients with liver cancer,which helps patients actively cooperate with treatment and improve therapeutic effect.
